This Privacy Policy explains how KCM TECH STUDIO ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Spice Kingdom mobile application ("App").

Spice Kingdom is an offline-first casual Match-3 puzzle game inspired by Indian culinary traditions and spices. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

2. About the App

Spice Kingdom is a casual Match-3 puzzle game featuring:

• Indian culinary and spice-themed Match-3 gameplay.
• Tile-swapping gameplay mechanics.
• Tadka clear mechanics.
• Garam Masala bombs and Kesar rainbow boosters.
• 25 progressively challenging puzzle levels.
• Kitchen Studio and Grand Thali customization.
• Collectible brass, clay, and festive decoration items.
• Daily check-in rewards.
• Daily lucky spin wheel.
• Timed treasure chests.
• English and Hindi language support.
• Locally generated background music and cooking/sizzle sound effects.

3. Personal Information We Collect

The current version of Spice Kingdom does not knowingly collect, log, transmit, or sell personally identifiable information (PII), including:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Contacts
• Government identification numbers
• Passwords
• Payment card or bank account information

The App does not currently require users to create an account or log in to play the game.

4. Sensitive and Financial Information

The App does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. The current version does not process or store real credit card, debit card, bank account, or other financial payment information.

Any in-game bundle counters or virtual currencies currently operate as offline game functionality and do not represent real-money transactions.

5. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Spice Kingdom stores game-related information locally on your Android device to provide gameplay functionality and save your progress.

The following types of game information may be stored locally:

• Masala Coins balance and Stars earned.
• Remaining Hearts and life regeneration information.
• Gameplay progression and highest unlocked level.
• Star ratings and high scores for levels.
• Unlocked kitchen decoration item IDs.
• Currently equipped decoration categories.
• Tadka boosters, Garam Masala bombs, and Kesar rainbow boosters.
• Daily check-in timestamps and streak information.
• Lucky spin and timed treasure chest timestamps.
• Festival points.
• Selected language preference.
• Sound effects, music, and haptic feedback preferences.
• Ad-free status.

This information is used to save and restore your game progress and preferences.

6. Local Storage Technologies

The App uses Android's private application storage environment. The App uses local storage technologies including:

• AndroidX Room / SQLite local database.
• Android SharedPreferences.

The local database is named spice_kingdom_database and contains game-related information such as player profile, level progress, and unlocked decoration data.

7. Android Permissions

The current version of Spice Kingdom does not declare special or dangerous runtime permissions in its AndroidManifest.

The App does not request or use permissions for:

• Precise or approximate location.
• Camera access.
• Microphone or audio recording.
• Contacts.
• Phone calls or SMS.
• External storage.
• Photos or media access.

The in-game audio is generated and played locally and does not require microphone or audio-recording access.

8. Account and Authentication

The current version of the App does not require user accounts or authentication to play the game.

The App interface may contain a progress-saving dialog with options such as "Sign up with email", "Continue with Facebook", and "Log in with email". These options are currently UI elements only and do not collect, transmit, or store login credentials, passwords, or social authentication tokens in the current build.

9. Advertising and Google AdMob

The project contains advertising-related UI and policy-compliance modules designed to support advertising formats such as anchored banner advertisements, natural level-break interstitial advertisements, and optional rewarded advertisements.

The App does not directly access or log the Google Advertising ID (AAID) in its own source code.

If Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob is enabled in a production release, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, diagnostic information, and other information required to provide, measure, and protect advertising services.

When advertising services are activated, appropriate disclosures, consent mechanisms, and advertising configurations may be required depending on the user's location, age, and applicable laws and policies.

10. Analytics

The current version does not actively use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or another third-party analytics service to collect gameplay events or user telemetry.

11. Third-Party Libraries and Services

The project includes technical libraries used for application functionality, including:

• AndroidX Jetpack Compose and Lifecycle.
• AndroidX Room.
• Kotlinx Coroutines.
• Retrofit, OkHttp, and Moshi.

Although Retrofit, OkHttp, and Moshi are included in the project dependencies, the current active gameplay does not call remote endpoints through these libraries.

Firebase-related build configuration may be present in the project. Firebase Authentication and Firestore functionality is currently commented out or dormant in the current build.

12. Data Sharing and Disclosure

The current version of the App does not intentionally transmit gameplay progress, game settings, or gameplay telemetry to third-party servers.

KCM TECH STUDIO does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information.

If third-party advertising or other online services are enabled in a future version, information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide their services. This Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes to data processing are introduced.

13. Data Security

Game progress and settings are stored within the Android application's private storage sandbox and are protected by standard Android operating system access controls.

The current offline gameplay data is not intentionally transmitted over public networks.

While reasonable measures are used to protect locally stored information, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Data Retention

Locally stored game information generally remains on the user's device while the App remains installed and until the user deletes the information.

15. Data Deletion

Users can delete their game-related information using the Settings & Privacy → Reset Game Progress option, where available.

This option can delete game progress, scores, inventory, unlocked decorations, and other locally stored game information.

Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage through Android System Settings will remove locally stored application data, subject to the normal behavior of the Android operating system.

16. Children's Privacy

Spice Kingdom is intended for general audiences and may be suitable for children and families.

The current version does not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal information from children.

If advertising services are used, appropriate child-directed and family-suitable advertising configurations and applicable consent requirements should be applied according to relevant Google policies and applicable laws.

17. User Privacy Rights

Because the current version primarily stores game-related information locally on the user's device, users can manage or delete much of this information directly through the App or Android System Settings.

Depending on the user's jurisdiction, additional privacy rights may apply, including rights relating to access, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, or data portability.

18. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links or references to third-party services in future versions. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies and terms. KCM TECH STUDIO is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

KCM TECH STUDIO may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, data practices, advertising services, or applicable legal requirements change.

Any updated version will be published on the Privacy Policy page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
