Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or playing the Arrow Puzzle mobile application ("Game"), operated and published by KCM TECH STUDIO.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Arrow Puzzle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the Game.
2. License to Play
KCM TECH STUDIO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and play the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment on your compatible Android device.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to Arrow Puzzle—including game logic, level design, visual art, user interfaces, animations, audio compositions, sound effects, source code, and branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of KCM TECH STUDIO and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
4. Virtual Items and Hints
The game may provide virtual features such as hints, daily challenge rewards, star ratings, and unlocked level packs. You acknowledge that:
- Virtual items hold no real-world monetary currency value.
- Virtual items cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred for real cash or outside goods.
- KCM TECH STUDIO reserves the right to adjust game balance, level difficulty, or hint rewards at any time.
5. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Game’s code or assets.
- Use cheats, memory injectors, automated bots, or exploits to bypass game puzzles or ad verifications.
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the Game APK without written authorization from KCM TECH STUDIO.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will run completely uninterrupted or bug-free on every individual hardware setup.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KCM TECH STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game.
8. Updates and Termination
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) with or without notice for technical maintenance or gameplay updates.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
