  • Player Nicknames & Guest IDs: Custom player display names or auto-generated Guest IDs (e.g., Guest_XXXX) chosen by users for local matches and online room lobbies. We do not require real names, phone numbers, or social media logins to play.
  • Device & Technical Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (including Google Advertising ID / GAID), IP address, app performance metrics, network state, and crash report data.
  • Game Progression & Local Data: Local gameplay statistics, board state, and user preferences (such as sound effects, Hindi/Bhojpuri desi voice commentary toggles, and AI difficulty levels) stored locally on your device via Room Database.

2. Third-Party Services and Integrated SDKs

Our app incorporates trusted industry-standard SDKs to provide online connectivity, security, and advertising. These third parties process data under their respective privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase Realtime Database & Firebase App Check: Used for managing online game room codes, real-time dice rolls, pawn movements between players, and preventing bot abuse via App Check reCAPTCHA verification. (Firebase Privacy Policy)

3. Data Storage & Local Persistence

We do not store sensitive personal records on our servers. Offline match records and game settings are persisted locally on your device storage using an encrypted Room SQLite database. Online room sessions in Firebase Realtime Database are temporary and are cleared once games conclude or expire.

4. How We Use Collected Information

We process collected technical data solely for:

  • Operating core gameplay across Offline Local Multiplayer, Vs Computer AI, and Online Room Multiplayer modes.
  • Synchronizing active dice rolls, corner spins, and turn rotations in real-time.
  • Detecting network disruptions, fixing software bugs, and enhancing app performance.
  • Displaying non-intrusive, family-safe advertisements in accordance with Google Play developer policies.

5. Data Security

We apply robust administrative and technical protections, including encrypted HTTPS/TLS data transmissions and Firebase App Check token verification, to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Children's Privacy

Ludo Supreme is a family-oriented casual board game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal details to us, please reach out immediately and we will promptly remove the information.

7. Data Deletion and User Rights

You can reset all local match history, player profiles, and game configurations at any time by clearing the application storage via Android Settings > Apps > Ludo Supreme > Storage > Clear Data.
